Refund & Replacement Timelines

For Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used to place the order.

Once we receive the returned product and complete the verification process, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided at the time of return request.

Once we receive the returned product and complete the verification process, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

After your refund request has been approved and processed, the amount will be credited within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Replacement Product?

Once your replacement request has been approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 working days.
